Paperless: Lists + Checklists App Reviews

Every time I think "I wish I could do such and such with this app", I check and discover I can! Plus, it was easy to set up and its easy to use. What more could you ask for?!?

Easy to use, flexible and I really like using the icons to quickly find my lists.

I am always looking for apps that are visually appealing yet simple enough to help me organize my brain. I finally found a fantastic List app! Choosing the icons makes it fun and original...two things that ADHDers need!

Best app of its kind, hands down. Allows nested folders. Would like one more layer of folders and his app would be nearly perfect.

The clean design is great and the app is easy to use. Not being able to add photos has stopped me from using it though. As much as I like it, its not worth having to use two note taking apps to fulfill my needs.

From the ability to increase the font size to colors to the simple UI, I love this app. The only thing that I have like to see is a the ability to create basic reminders. Super job!

My husband and I use this app to manage 10 different list from grocery to household tasks. This is awesome!!

I make lists frequently and was looking for an organized, convenient, attractive app for checklists and normal lists. I love this one because of how easily navigable it is, how it allows you to pair each list with an icon, and how you can sync it with your Dropbox or email account so nothing gets lost. I highly recommend Paperless!

Just started using it, but the best of several I have tried. Syncing with other devices seems flawless. Havent used customer support yet, but previous app I had it was non-existent. The reason I changed and glad I did.

Before that, Id used it about a month and would have given it a five for simplicity and usefulness. Its a straightforward list making app, no frills and just what I wanted. But then, poof! I opened it one day, saw may lists appear and then, a half second later, go away not to return. It as set to backup to Dropbox, but I see no backups there, nor any way to restore. So, I can only give it a single star because, if its not reliable, then what good is it?

Im generally thrifty when it comes to apps, but I will pay for an app that is worth more than its cost. I fell in love with the free version ever since Springpad shut down, so it was only natural to make this app part of my collection. My only wish with this app is the ability to add custom icons. However, its not a deal breaker and this is still a great app!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! I keep track of everything on it. That way, anytime of day or night, at home or out, I can make note of something I want to remember to do, to buy, or just add to lists I keep about various aspects of my life. In addition to the errands and to dos, I keep project lists, "learning agendas," and "upcoming attention." Its my whole (personal) life organization system. And I adore the little icons. I dont have to READ my titles as Im scrolling through, Im able to quickly recognize them by using the visual clue Ive chosen from the extensive icon selection. And the icons are just plain fun!

This is my go to app, I use it every day to keep track of new thoughts and to dos, notes, etc... I use it for my packing lists for trips, my Christmas lists for family, ideas for new content for my biz and on and on. Simplicity is the biggest draw for me!

Ive only recently switched to this app after hating my prior list app. This app seems simple which is good. But it has a major flaw: you cannot use your Touch ID to open a list, and you cannot passcode protect individual lists. I want to use Touch ID for certain lists (like presents, gift ideas, etc) but not for things like grocery lists, etc. This should be a feature you can add to individual lists and not the entire app.

I love this app!!! Ive written an entire novel and countless short stories on it. Its perfect for my every need, I couldnt live without it!!

It would be so awesome to be able to either categorize or lost the notes in alphabetical order. Thats the only thing holding me back from 5 stars!

I always make folders to neatly have my apps organized.....NO HIDEAWAY FOLDER for "Paperless!!" I use it too often throughout the day!! Its right there when my phone lights up. PERFECT!! Thank you for helping me be organized during this -almost- Jetsons age we now live in

I use this multiple times weekly. I have tried other apps, but this was the easiest and did all I wanted for nice, clean lists. I like copying a list and editing the copy, which is especially good for grocery shopping- I keep a master list, and edit a copy weekly.
