Paperless: Lists + Checklists App Reviews

Especially with Dropbox plugin.

I had a plan to develop a similar one myself but someone has already made it.

User-friendly app, plain and simple!

In my opinion this is the best app for writing and organizing notes thanks to the nice graphic interface and to the dropbox sync.

Just lost my todo list that Id built up over months after a mis-sync of some sort with another device. So use the app, but be careful with the synching.

It does exactly what I need it to. It is easy to use and easy to set up. I create my lists either as a checklist or a normal list. It is easy to delete item from the list. I love this app.

OK, and Ill make do. What it really lacks is one more level of organisation, at least. For instance, if I make a Camping list, I want to have one level of sub lists for Clothing For Me, Clothing For My Mate, Camping Equipment, Administrative, etc. A similarly complicated list is my Catering list that should be subdivided into Food, Equipment, Administrative, Notifications, etc. Without that additional level, many more lists become too long, too confusing and too hard to work thru. Heres hoping for an update soon.

It is very easy to use and is well designed. It automatically syncs between my iPhone and iPad which is very useful. When you mark an item as complete, it goes to the bottom of the screen which makes it very easy to get it back. This is practical for grocery lists, for example. I can go through the list of checked off grocery items uncheck them, and thats my new grocery list. Then I go through the store and check them as I buy them. The only feature I would love to see that it doesnt have is the ability to put an image into a to-do item. Currently the items are all text only. For example, I have a list of things that need to be repaired around the house. It would be nice to add a picture of the location so as to see exactly what needs repairing, rather than having to describe it in writing. Well worth the money.

Very useful app to store things like medication history.

When you upgrade from the "lite" version, your lists dont transfer over. You have to manually everyone them like it is 1876.

Had it for ten minutes and its easily my fav list app! Easy, intuitive, many options, non distracting interface.

I use this program as my go to organization tool. I appreciate the auto syncing between my pc and comm devices. I highly recommend.

Ive been using this app consistently for several years and I cant sing its praises high enough. I specifically use it for GTD categories and lists. I believe it allows me to stay on top of to-dos while planning for the future. Great app!

Have used a variety of checklists & Paperless has answered my prayers. I didnt understand how to save used lists for another time & the help "desk" was quick to the rescue. Thank you Paperless

Ive been using the Paperless app for a few years now and its fantastic! I can customize my lists how I want them which makes this very practical and useful for a variety of purposes. I recently had to contact the developer for help (operator error, not a problem with the app) and got a very quick and thorough response. I cant say enough good about this app, its worth way more than what they charge for it!

The free version wouldnt allow me to add any more items so I upgraded. With no warning it dumped all of my lists. Very disappointed. Will never be able to recall everything I had saved. That is why I had the app!
