Paperless: Lists + Checklists App Reviews

I have instaled the full version on my iPhone. I did a few lists and when I activate the dropbox syncing, the application never stop syncing and I cant use it anymore.

Simple AND reliable. No unnecessary frills makes this app elegantly useful. Best investment for die hard list makers. Apps are for making our lives better. This one did the job! Thank you.

To the point, simple, easy to use. Did not want all sorts of stuff just wanted to make lists and notes about what I want to do or need to do. Love it well worth the price.

This checklist app is very useful and easy to use, and for a cheap price too. The only thing I could ask for though is the ability to make lists of lists. That would be the only complain I have about Paperless.

UPDATED REVIEW. Upgraded for 4 to 5 stats because, more than three later, Paperless continues to be the most useful app I have. Love being able to sync between iPhone and iPad. Tons of colourful icons! I find the simplicity of lists more effective than complex schedulers. I use Paperless for day-to-day tasks, and for planning trips and events. I also use Paperless lists to jot down the books I want to read, the shopping items I need to pick up, and errands I need to do sometime - but not necessarily before a fixed deadline or with a specific appointment time or priority. I use Paperless to keep historical lists as well: what food we served visitors, books Ive read, places Ive travelled to etc. GREAT APP! Making a list within list would be an excellent addition.

Its good but rechecked items should go to the top of the list

This is truly the most useful app on my phone. The whole point is to find something that saves time and is just as simple and effective as writing a list on a notepad. Paperless is intuitive, can be backed up, and actually saves me time. Lists can be re-used (groceries!!!) and moved around. I would LOVE a way to sync to WeekCal and maybe make reminders.

I started to dislike this app. My new list items disappear. This messes up my work. Wastes my time and effort.

I use it a lot for work and home everyday!!! Best app for a great price!! Only update I would like to see is coloured tags (like markers).

Last night I was up until 2am solely because I was creating checklists for EVERYTHING. The idea of having extra notes for items in the checklists is a smart way to never forget what you mean when you only write one word and assume youll know what you were talking about a week later. You can write and organize your thoughts on top of checklists and as long as you have your phone, you wont forget your shopping list!

I collect to do list apps, and I actually use this one. So it must actually be simple enough to work with that it keeps my ADHD brain focused and not so complex that the OCD takes over and checklists my life!

I love it! Its easy, intuitive and clear. Only downside is the auto sync via Dropbox...its not working properly. It syncs forever and you cant use the list while it syncs so I add to deleted and redo my list.

App works like advertised and runs smoothly.

Has made the family shopping trip easy and saves us lots of time. Notes section allows for price-matching with grocery lists so we can always save money, even in a big hurry! Love this app!

Paperless is perfect for having a checklist app across multiple devices. I have it on my phone and my iPad and I love the fact that I update a list on one and it syncs almost instantly with the other. Im a lists kinda guy, more because I have a memory thing happening and this is perfect. Currently I have 5 lists going and it includes the grocery list, stuff to pack for a vacation coming up in a month to what the measurements were for our windows to get new blinds. I love Paperless and use it atleast once a day!!! Great job and keep up the good work.

Love this app - works great and I replaced all my "notes" on my phone with this app instead. Love the ability to add icons and use a checklist.

Perfect if you like to make lots of lists (shopping lists, chores list, etc)

Probably my best app. Very stable, a lot of flexibility but not overburdened like other list apps that I tried. Very functional, couldnt live without it!

Excellent but would ne real cool if pictures could be added to items.

List items are just there. No categories or sub headings. Would be nice to use some of the icons for list items ie carrots for carrots. Does not prompt for qtys or units, you have to type all that ie 2 x 1 pound bags. More work than most free lists
